Jeannette received her Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She currently serves as a Magistrate for the City of Broadview Heights. Mrs. Weaver was also an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio in its Environmental Enforcement Section and designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney General’s Office. Mrs. Weaver also served as Chief Trial Counsel, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Assistant Director of Law for the City of Cleveland.  She has served on the City of Broadview Heights Planning Commission and is currently the Magistrate for Broadview Heights Mayor's Court

Jeannette and her husband, Mark, have been married 32 years and enjoy time with their four children and two grandchildren whenever possible. She is active in the Brecksville Broadview Heights community as well as in St. Basil catholic church.  Jeannette enjoys spending her free time at Catawba Island boating, golfing and hiking with the family dog, Cooper.
